Trustees Permanent File

If a patron desires to see past minutes of a Board meeting, which are stored in a non-public area at the Library, he/she must set up an appointment so that a Trustee, the Freedom of Information Officer, or the Director of the Library will be in attendance to secure such minutes for the Patron and to see that said minutes are properly returned to the permanent file.
